Delicious Pink Moon Milk!

We shared this yummy nighttime herbal drink in our April newsletter (missed it? No worries, you can check it out here).  The ingredients are all great sources of melatonin, lots of vitamins & minerals as well as providing adrenal support!

 Super Pink Moon Sleepy Time Milk
6oz Almond Milk
(Or any kind of nut milk.  Nut milks are preferred since they contain melatonin)
4oz Tart Cherry Juice
1/2 tsp Ashwagandha root powder
1/2 tsp Goji Berries (powdered is best in this recipe)
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon Beet root powder
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey (agave or maple syrup work fine, too), 
Directions:
Heat nut milk & tart cherry juice on low to desired temperature in a pot. Remove from heat and whisk in herbal ingredients or blend them for a frothier concoction! You can also add strawberries for another delicious source of melatonin. 

*If you can't get the powdered versions of these herbs, you can make a strong decoction (simmered tea) out of them and add that to your blend instead.
