Magic and the tarot are historically entwined and the author does a wonderful job of clearly explaining that history and connection. It is fully of detailed descriptions for each card as well as informational tidbits about how they may be used magically. The final section is devoted to spellwork. Skye does a great job of clearly and concisely laying out the procedure of each spell, how to incorporate the tarot card into the spell and many more historical tidbits, inspired quotations and even herbal magic lore. There's a lot to love in this little book!
